The programming project is a six weeks long group work of 8-10 students solving algorithmic and software design problems of a real application. More 2nd year projects from the previous years to come!

Skip to main content. Digital Imaging of Root Traits. Getting to the roots of the crops! A python pipeline developed by Dr. Alexander Bucksch to processes 2D root images. This pipeline requires a predefined set of parameters and outputs a predefined set of traits/measurements from the root images. Read more about DIRT Py. This is a demo pipeline.
