Too Many Miles, Not Enough Time! Sunday, April 6, 2014. A Little Boys Hero, and a Full Time Racer. Another thing that's really gotten me back into the grind of running is my idols doing the same. My two greatest running heroes, 1500 meter national champion Mac Fleet of the University of Oregon, and UK Olympian Mo Farah, have really been putting in work lately. Mo has been spending a ton of time training in Kenya, and Mac just notched another win in the 15 with a monster 3:44 against Arizona.

As long as you don't slack off and take a rest day every other day, they can be highly beneficial. Rest days can also be good days for cross training! Best Run. Ever.
