Ugyen Art: Landscapes
http://uwangdi.blogspot.com/p/landscapes_9.html
Landscape paintings are comparatively much more easier than portrait art. Drugyel valley in oil. Paro Dzong in oil. Chendebji Chorten in oil. Our Obscure ...

Ugyen Art: Artist Statement
http://uwangdi.blogspot.com/p/artist-statement_9.html
Painting is my only passion. I first learnt to draw at Sherubtse Public School when we used to have one art class session once a week for lower classes. The art classes constituted drawing of sample images - usually a dragon, eight auspicious lucky signs and other Bhutanese arts. The saying 'Practice makes perfect' is definitely true in art insofar as the great art masters have often stressed on 3 underlying words, "PRACTICE, PRACTICE,PRACTICE!
