Just another WordPress.com site. I adjusted the handlebars to the position I wanted them and drilled an M3 hole through the bushing and into the handlebars. I tried to get M4 grub screws but they were all too short so I taped the hole M4 and screwed an ordinary m4 screw the whole way through I cut the head of the screw off so it would be flush with the bushing. Just another WordPress.com site. I began spraying by using 2 coats of zinc primer on the frame and on the suspension and steering column. I then followed with black gloss paint and then to finish I applied lacquer. I wiped the frame down with mentholated spirits between coats and sanded areas that needed attention. I am now in the process of spraying the bike. I firstly applied high build primer before adding the colour in which I wanted for my bike.
