Numair's I.T blog. Wednesday, January 7, 2009. What information can be created before the emergency? During a natural disaster you can make precautions before it happens. For example, if there is a hurricane or tornado, you can get underground in a shelter to avoid the disaster. The tornado can't blow away an underground shelter. Even if you do this, you must take supplies like water and food for this as you do not want to be stuck underground without any food or water and starve. What should I say?
