I am 5'10.5 and by different female weight charts I should weigh around 160 which I last weighed when I was 16. My goal is to lose 100 by years end. I was overweight as a kid and then thinned out in high school. When I was 21 I hurt my back and gained 114 lbs in 1 year. 4 What kind of methods of weight loss have you tried?
