http://stasigh.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
December 8, 2011. Christmas Cards We are Not Sending. Remember back in September when i was so on top of my christmas cards. Well Pride Cometh before a fall. I am still missing tons of Cousin addresses. I have exactly 7 cards addressed and two written. Besides which the design and ordering of the card turned into a regular comedy of errors and online promotions. THEN I got 75 free prints from Shutterfly. Running out of time before my code expired and. Not having a plan in place and. I designed another ca...

Anastasia's Adventures: Non-Resolution Progress
http://stasigh.blogspot.com/p/non-resolution-progress.html
Some of these are projects that I can do once and be done, others are ongoing projects that will take longer than one sitting but have a specific point were they are done, some are things I want to do regularly through the year with the hopes that they become part of who I am. Kaitlyn's is cut out. Crocheted but not starched. Plan flower beds and Maintain. Doing just ok.except this last week :/. Read Bible - roundtable. As of 3/28 I've read 48 out of 87 days - Need to work more diligently on this one).

Anastasia's Adventures: April 2012
http://stasigh.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
April 23, 2012. Illustration by Lizzy Stewart. Links to this post. April 20, 2012. So, here I am again with another photo-loaded update on my garden that no one but me really cares about. In the interest of keeping it real, I took this one photo of what's just to the east of my lovely beds. This is the last time I will take let alone post a photo of this, I don't want to talk about the fact that I'm gardening inches from a scrap heap (it's one of those things I barely notice anymore). The strawberries ha...

June 8, 2012. SOS - Save Our Strawberries. I have a full garden update in the works, and I need to post about my trip west and my haircut and this hilarious video of Micah and his brother trying mark an angle to cut off a fence post and the giant tomato grandma Henry bought us again this year (you can't argue with that lady) as well as June's wallpaper.but first I need help! I have a problem (more than one probably but this is the one I'm seeking assistance on). What am i doing wrong? How can I fix this!

Anastasia's Adventures: Why I Love Where I Live - Part 1 of ?
http://stasigh.blogspot.com/2013/06/why-i-love-where-i-live-part-1-of.html
June 14, 2013. Why I Love Where I Live - Part 1 of? I was at the Knox Farmers Market again today. There was no organ music (I was there right at the beginning so maybe the organist arrived later) but I still am calling it a success. I came home with asparagus, an invitation to a Fairie Festival, two free! Also, more news regarding radishes: you can eat the greens! I love this place. Imagine what could happen if I went to the farmers market with more than $7 and some change. Great is His Faithfulness.

Anastasia's Adventures: Books Read
http://stasigh.blogspot.com/p/books-read.html
At the end of last year, I gave up fiction for a month. I was wasting too much time reading as a form of mindless entertainment escapism. I'm not saying that fiction is a bad thing, and mindless escapism may even have a place but I want to be more intentional about what I'm reading. We did a series on the fiction of CS Lewis in our Sunday School class and we started with discussions about wether we should even read fiction and what the benefits of it are (I have a great sunday school class! A mother who ...

Anastasia's Adventures: March 2012
http://stasigh.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
March 30, 2012. I ordered seeds from a catalog this year! I'm happy to recommend Comstock, Ferre and Co. To anyone. (Some of my seeds were back-ordered and misplaced, but it only took one call to get it ironed out and I didn't peak to a single machine! I openly admit that I ran down the next mornign to check if anythign had sprouted. Starting plants inside is like Christmas! Nothing had sprouted. but 2 days later, this marigold came up! Here is another gratuitous shot of our seedlings, Danish Ballhead ca...
