現時很多國家所訂的保障兒童權益及法例都只是在他們出生後才有效,但如果兒童保障權益已從他們的胚胎期開始,那麼時至今日墮胎又會否這樣的氾濫,輕率和漠視孕育成為人的機會呢? 若是這樣, 試管嬰兒的實驗就不能進行了. 因為這些行為都涉及胚胎的培植, 測試, 及棄置. 我認為, 如果證實了是健康正常的胎兒, 將來極有可能發展成為正常人的話, 某程度上應該受到保護的. 至於試管嬰兒的培植和棄置等行為, 是因為該些受精卵成為正常人的概率較少, 它的生命價值較低. 但如果, 胎兒被証實了是有問題的, 就另當別論. 因為每一次成功受精通常只會是1尾精子(當然也可能多於1尾), 而正常男性大約有2億精虫. 計算概率的話, 成功成人的機會很低, 其成為人的機會太低的話, 保護牠的價值和意義還大嗎? 再者, 即使是卵子, 也未必能夠順利受精. 而即使是受精卵, 也不一定是健康的, 現在的技術也難以在這個階斷判定牠的健康程度. 通常要等牠再大一些才可分辨胎兒會否存有某些疾病吧. 我認為試管嬰兒，是協助不育夫婦生育。不應將它視為實驗品。訂閱：張貼留言 (Atom).
