Well last week I didnt do anything because of being out here in Michigan house hunting so we spent most of our days being out, but this week Steve had to work so I was confined to our hotel room with no car so my choices of doing anything was very limited so I did get in some running this week. Had appnts in the AM so it was a rest day.

For Health, Peace, and Chocolate-. Sunday, November 6, 2011. The good news is that I know exactly what to do to get rid of it all and be back to my old self once more. The secret: Start running and don't stop! To make that happen, I have signed up for the Utah Valley Half-Marathon in June. I find that training for a race keeps me motivated. A friend also invited me to run the SLC Half in April, and how could I say no! So this time I am recording our journey to getting healthy TOGETHER. Let's do this!

I wanted to go today so I could find the KT Tape sales people and have them tape me up TODAY, I found them! I don't know what I was most excited about, the tape or getting my bib and shirt. I've been using the tape I just didn't know if I was applying it right, I wasn't, but now I am! I have to say it does help. April 16, 2010 at 6:10 AM. Im glad youre excited and ready to run!

Today I got my farthest yet since my comeback. I got 4.29 miles today with running 3.50 miles of it straight before my cool down speed walk. Yeah! I am hoping to go again tomorrow and get better results. Hope to start working on speed next week maybe do some intervals to help with getting my lung compacity back and distance.
