No volvieron con ese sonido muy particular de “Focus”, volvieron para hacer lanzamientos más alejados del Death Metal ya que los intereses musicales de la banda (después de 12 años) naturalmente cambiaron. En conclusión se puede decir que aunque Cynic haya tomado (desde hace mucho tiempo) una nueva dirección aun puede lanzar álbumes dignos de admiración y bastante disfrutables.
