Consistent with OFCCP’s deletion of Section 250 of the VEVRAA regulations and implementation of the new regulations, the Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (VETS) has eliminated the VETS-100 form, which applied only to contracts entered into prior to December 1, 2003.
