In the life of Miss Kim. Wednesday, September 14, 2011. Sunday's farmer's market was a feast for the senses! Tomatoes, corn, stone fruit - in California, they're all hitting their peak. Now, I'm not a tomato fan, but sometimes . just sometimes . a good tomato can send me over the moon. The heirlooms are here and at $1.75 a pound, they're certainly not a bargain, but they make up for it in deliciousness. Tuesday, September 13, 2011. They talked to Beagle Rescue this week and are thinking, although Pepper and Pogo are getting along well, they may not be ready to have two dogs. This morning they are off to Colorado Springs.
