Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Last time you saw our kitchen. We are loving our undermount, super deep sink. We ordered 2 other sinks before we finally settled on this one. Tim's favorite thing in the kitchen is our 1 horsepower garbage disposal. We have a go-cart under our sink. Pull out spice/cooking rack. Pull out garbage and recycling can (that clearly needs to go out), with storage rack above. Pull out shelves so you can grab everything in the very, very back of the cupboard! Sunday, August 5, 2012. The Wig Wam Pub and a hike. J's uncle owns the Wig Wam Pub. A new restaurant in Gorst, right outside of Bremerton. Thursday, September 27, 2012. The kitchen has a wall! And a floor too! We have successfully completed putting up drywall, puttying the walls, and grouting the kitchen floor. Whew! Frances was in San Diego for a conference this week, so we put her to work as well. It was a dirty, dirty, dusty, dusty job. But check out our handy work! I think this qualifies as major progress. Up next . paint! Who am I kidding? I'm on my way back to the house to do a bit more sanding, then better things are in store - yay!

And since I seem to do most of my touristing when we have visitors, I visited a new place in San Diego - Torrey Pines State Reserve.
