Yoga has been used for years to help improve flexibility and concentration on breathing techniques but most recently researchers have been able to prove that it is beneficial to a participates overall well being. It have been proven to help sleep pattern, increase energy levels, decrease pain and decrease cortisol levels with is caused by anxiety.
