Me, you and yoga. October 17, 2014. I just gained 4 kilos (almost 9 pounds). Sigh. I know, I should not be too hard on myself, after all, I just completed two months pregnanc. Y that did not bode well. And now I am out of shape with extra 4 kilos that I actually do not need. I also realize that going back to routines (read: yoga) is still far fetched.
