M and K in [the] UAE: Sears - Willis Tower SkyDeck
http://mandkuae.blogspot.com/2009/07/sears-willis-tower-skydeck.html
M and K in [the] UAE. Al Ain Expatriate Echolalia. Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Sears - Willis Tower SkyDeck. 5 feet 100 stories above Chicago streets - kinda cool if you ask me. It was called Sears Tower when we arrived and will be Willis Tower when we leave. if it wasn't so busy we would have gone twice - still worth the hour wait to get to the top though! Kennedy Center | DC Daily Photo
https://dcdailyphoto.wordpress.com/2008/05/11/kennedy-center
The Grand Foyer of the Kennedy Center, with JFK bust in the center. Every day at 6:00 there is a free concert on the Millenium Stage, seen at the end of the Foyer. Each of the chandeliers above weighs one ton! This entry was posted on Sunday, May 11th, 2008 at 7:18 pm and is filed under Architecture. M and K in [the] UAE: St Louis, MO
http://mandkuae.blogspot.com/2009/07/st-louis-mo.html
M and K in [the] UAE. Al Ain Expatriate Echolalia. Monday, July 20, 2009. St Louis, MO. Crossing the Mississippi again - two more times to go! This year is definitely a bit zigzaggy and joining stops together rather than the relaxed road trip of last year. So we are in St Louis, unfortunately without enough time to do the place justice! Im always looking out for great blogs. Seems like you have a good one here. Diamond in the rough. February 3, 2010 at 8:39 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Where in Anderson: Geodetic Survey | ANDERSON DAILY PHOTO
https://andersondailyphoto.wordpress.com/2010/04/24/where-in-anderson-geodetic-survey
April 24, 2010. Where in Anderson: Geodetic Survey. Filed under: Where in Anderson? 8212; lessie @ 3:27 am. I looked. And looked again. U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey? I’ve only seen this one other time — at Ceasar’s Head State Park. (Not that I”m all hip to surveys and geodetic thing-a-ma-bobs.) Look at the date: 1933. Cool. Elevation: 797.226 feet. Above sea level, I’m guessing. What is “R 6”? Now for the big question: WHERE IN ANDERSON is this U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Benchmark? You are so close!

The Concert Hall | DC Daily Photo
https://dcdailyphoto.wordpress.com/2008/05/13/the-concert-hall
Apologies for the terribly fuzzy picture – it was a six second exposure – but this gives you a (blurry) glimpse of the Concert Hall, the largest theater in the Kennedy Center. The hall seats 2,442 and the organ has 4,144 pipes. You can see a better picture on the Kennedy Center’s virtual tour.
