How long is a session? An introductory session will take up to an hour. A one to one session will last between half an hour and three quarters of an hour. If you choose to come with one or two friends then the session will take an hour or more. What does an Alexander lesson entail? I don’t know anything about the Alexander Technique, can I still come? What do I need to wear? You can wear whatever you are comfortable in. How many sessions will I need? There is no short answer to this! Can I bring a friend?
