Monday, June 05, 2006. I tip my hat to You sir. My trip to Ottawa was interesting. It had ups, like visiting my beautiful wife, and running in a race with 7000 other people. It had downs, like wondering if I need to re-think this whole running thing at 8k. And a lot of in-between, like the radio ad for the possibly worst named dealership in the country: Kanata Ford. Tuesday, May 23, 2006. Apple: popular with skeletons. Anyway, it has been way too long since my last post. I ran the St. Johns Amulance Waterloo Half Marathon. And the results are posted here. I came in 36th, with a time of 1:38:04.3. I'm really happy with that time, my goal for that race was to beat 1:45, and I did that by almost 7 minutes. Anyway, what have I been doing since that?
