Wednesday, Jul 22 2009. I’d like to thank whoever screwed up traffic this morning. Being a 1/2 late to work because you don’t know how to merge onto a highway gives me warm fuzzies. I’d like to thank the asshates between our COBRA services and Billing services for screwing up my August medical/dental bill. However, in all seriousness…. They didn’t emphasize that in order to lose weight you have to consume less calories than you put out. Instead it was “studies show that working out makes you fat.”. So yes, you might be starving after a work out, and need something to eat. The article should have addressed the right foods to eat pre and post work out that maximize their benefit to the body.

Monday, December 03, 2007. I love this time of year! I tend to walk around with a smile on my face. Add to that the following facts:. My youngest daughter is engaged and wedding plans are beginning. My mom is quite happy and getting settle into her new apartment. I have just about finished cleaning up after Thanksgiving. The street is already aglow with lights and decorations up on many of the homes. I am looking forward to picking out this year's Christmas tree. Christmas music is delightful.
