Sunday, May 17, 2009. I meant to post this Friday but totally forgot. I was valedictorian and my friend Patrick Russell was salutatorian. Monday, March 30, 2009. Alltel (Verizon) had quite a few layoffs today. This is to be expected as it's what always happens after a merge but one of the ones today left me a little unnerved! My supervisor, Wayne Sluder, got let go. No one told us who we report to now - I'm assuming it's his boss which is fine but it's really weird that he's gone. Come on in, the water's great. Sunday, April 5, 2009. Last night Darrell and Katie came by the house. I fixed some grilled cheese sandwiches and we played pinochle. We decided that we would go to Irons Fork Lake on Saturday morning (today). Little to say, Katie and I got skunked by the weasel.
