A Walk In The Closet. Thursday, April 25, 2013. REVIEW: Maybelline Color Tattoo 24hr Eyeshadow in 23 Bad to the Bronze. I finally picked up one of these much talked about Maybelline Color Tattoo 24hr Eyeshadows. I went the totally boring route and picked a safe aka neutral colour - Bad to the Bronze. It's been a long time since I've used a cream eyeshadow. I think my last one was one of those Revlon eyeshadow quads that came with a row of 4 round pans. Anyone remember those? I'm hesitant to make a blanke...

Our Fancy Little Family. Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Amping Up Our Garden Game. Well, it seems that since Nolan arrived I've jumped back on the blogging bandwagon. I'm not sure how often I'll actually be blogging, but I hope to share a lot more of what we're up to this year. We really have accomplished a lot, I've just slacked on sharing it. This was the year! Two years after buying and moving into our home, we decided that we needed to step up our garden game! The wood planters we bought at a local farm sto...

Kae's Corner Design: Ch-ch-ch-changes
http://kaescornerdesign.blogspot.com/2013/04/ch-ch-ch-changes.html
Friday, April 26, 2013. Ok, I have some news. You may have guessed it already due to my lack of posting. For those of you who do not know yet, I'm pregnant with baby number 2! I'm currently 16 weeks and finally getting some energy back . I have had absolutely no desire or energy to do pretty much anything, especially blogging. The fact that I actually did my hair today and put on a full face of makeup is really saying something. Baby will be here in October and we are so excited! Have a great weekend!

Sew Graceful: February 2015
http://sew-graceful.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 18 February 2015. Paisley crewelwork at the RSN, Hampton Court Palace. I am belatedly catching up with and completing some embroidery projects that I started in the latter part of last year. One weekend in November, I returned to the Royal School of Needlework. To do a two-day course in paisley crewelwork. The tutor for the course was Florence Collingwood who I hadn't learnt from before, but whose teaching style I very much enjoyed. Tuesday, 17 February 2015. I recently returned from three lov...

Sew Graceful: December 2014
http://sew-graceful.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Saturday, 20 December 2014. The first cottage Christmas. So it is nearly Christmas - the first for me in this little Victorian cottage. The last three weekends and weeknight evenings have been spent finishing off the last bout of re-decorating for the year. Consequently, there hasn't been a great deal of Christmas trimming completed. But the essentials are in place - a wreath for the front door, and a tree. The wreath is from Home Sense, to which I added the burlap ribbon. Wednesday, 17 December 2014.

A Walk In The Closet: Kitchen Progress - A Somewhat Final Reveal (For Now)
http://awalkinthecloset.blogspot.com/2013/03/kitchen-progress-somewhat-final-reveal.html
A Walk In The Closet. Thursday, March 14, 2013. Kitchen Progress - A Somewhat Final Reveal (For Now). At the end of January, I posted that I was working on our kitchen and gave a sneak peak. Well, there's still plenty of to-do's let to do, but I'm too impatient to wait until I'm 100% done to show you how it looks. And really, as a DIY and home improvement enthusiast, is any space every. And here's what it looks like today! A pair of chandeliers for the kitchen and breakfast area. What's still to be done:.
