With that being said we had several "firsts" for our family in the process of relocating. 1 We moved into Nolan's Grandmother's home. This is great because we have more room for our family. 2 We got our first LIVE family Christmas tree. Ha, we have had artificial ones in the past because it is easy for me to deal with. A Moment with the Baxter's. Wednesday, June 8, 2011. This is Jacob's happy face! A little happier now :). The last three nights we were there we made a fire and had smores. Jude did not really like them. He said "These are different." I think he was trying to be polite and not hurt anyones feelings on his first smore tasting. Jude not so sure about this smores idea. This has been kind of a funny ongoing thing between me and Carly since Jude has been questioning the "color" of her child so of course I immediately called her so we could laugh about it. Kids are so funny and can say funny things that are so innocent in nature. Love it! Here is a pic of Aunt Carley in all her preggo glory :). Can't wait to post pics of sweet John Clark.

Life - Just As It Is. Friday, November 4, 2011. This is a great fall dip. It's sweet, but not too sweet. I just served it in my Pampered Chef cool and serve tray, but I saw it here. Served in a little pumpkin. Too cute! I actually had a pumpkin to put mine in, but I didn't get around to carving it with everything else I had going on. I think I'll make the time next time because nobody knew what it was in the tray. I served it with graham crackers, nilla wafers, ginger snaps, and teddy grahams.

Life - Just As It Is. Thursday, December 8, 2011. My Uncle David is a tattoo artist. He came down from South Carolina and we had a "tattoo party" at my house on Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. It was a lot of work for him, but a lot of fun! I think he did eight tattoos that night! He turned around and did two more on Friday. He's a tattooing machine :) Here's a few photos from the party. It's his first request when it comes to party foods. 1 large can of chicken. 1 8oz cream cheese (softened). 1/2 cup wing sauce. 1/2 cup ranch dressing. 1/2-1 cup cheddar cheese. 1/4-1/2 cup panko bread crumbs.
