A Collage in Transition

A Collage in Transition. Because life is a collection of moments. Thursday, April 26, 2012. And my missionary blog: http:/ postsistertakabori.wordpress.com/. Wednesday, November 2, 2011. It's been a while since I've blogged. It's been miles and miles and a life away. Provo's been threatening to skip fall altogether as we dip into wintery days, but as I shake hands with November I hold its eyes with mine to tell it, I'm moving through you and I'm not looking back. A Collage in Transition: December 2010

http://amyinpaste.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html

A Collage in Transition. Because life is a collection of moments. Monday, December 20, 2010. Fashion Blog Prelim: Girl Scout patches. If I had a fashion blog, I would have posted this the other day. Would've posted this earlier but I've been busy! So behind on blogging.). A couple weeks ago I saw Tavi of Style Rookie. Collect Girl Scout patches to wear and I thought that were adorable! So I thought I'd get some together myself (which wasn't hard because I had my Girl Scout vests in my storage closet ha).

A Collage in Transition: Earthquake

http://amyinpaste.blogspot.com/2011/07/earthquake.html

A Collage in Transition. Because life is a collection of moments. Friday, July 15, 2011. I'm quietly sitting through a minor earthquake to blog, and it feels apropos. My summer in Japan has been surreal. I don't know what I was expecting, but I didn't expect it to go this fast, or so far from what I started with. What is no longer in my imminent future: Grad school. Married life. Life in the United States. As usual, I will crawl into movies to hide and/or to find. No more grad school? Oh my i miss you.

A Collage in Transition. Because life is a collection of moments. Monday, April 4, 2011. I've been super super busy lately, so I'm going to let my friend Hillary share one thing that I've been up to. And it involves deebs. That's right, douchebags. I mean, douches, in the most academically, historically appropriate sense. See for yourself here. My name is Lisa, and i like the fact that u collect pictures of the same interests as i have in paintings and art, and France. Apr 5, 2011, 5:04:00 AM.

A Collage in Transition. Because life is a collection of moments. Then I flash it a smile intentionally ambiguous- was that genuinely benign or was there a hint of mischief? Cheap Tory Burch Shoes.

Wednesday, March 23, 2011. These were taken after the last home game for BYU, when we had won the mountainwest championship title. it was such a fun game, afterwards they had a minor celebration, complete with confetti and all. since i work for byu (i have an internship with byu marketing for those of you who didn't know! I got to be on the court for all of it, it was so great. Who is going to be watching the game tomorrow? On another note, my family is in town! Wednesday, March 23, 2011. A cup of jo.

Thursday, December 30, 2010. Don't) Keep the Change. I've been thinking a lot about charitable donations lately and how to use good judgment in deciding where to donate my dollar-and-cents. I give 10% of my income to my church. But there are lots of other opportunities in addition to that. I used to work with a girl, Kirsten. I'm not encouraging everyone to donate to this. k.k. @ thE b.y.: phone pictures are my fave

http://kaitlinfarmer.blogspot.com/2011/07/phone-pictures-are-my-fave.html

Monday, July 11, 2011. Phone pictures are my fave. And they all just so happen to all deal with food. Yes i made this beautiful loaf of bread. And it tasted just as good as it looks. I need to make that again now that i think about it. Do you all know how much i love eggs? Especially with some sauteed mushrooms? For awhile i was SO good at making a good breakfast every morning. This place was a pulled pork shack in downtown seattle. Maybe my dad needs to clarify. So good that it had to be documented.

Between the Lilac Bushes: Summer of Bravery: Take that Childhood Fears

http://betweenthelilacbushes.blogspot.com/2011/06/summer-of-bravery-take-that-childhood.html

Between the Lilac Bushes. Thursday, June 23, 2011. Summer of Bravery: Take that Childhood Fears. Considering I was the biggest chicken as a kid, I'm pretty proud of myself. I mean, I used to panic if my dress got stuck over my head, and I just crawled through a two foot door to get into the cave. I freaked when my brother used to do his golem impersonation, and I laughed while I listened to another golem impersonation in complete darkness. Some LOTR fan you are. sheesh. Between the Lilac Bushes. Wednesday, October 27, 2010. The Root of My Sassiness. Too many times a guy has called me sassy. A year ago, any guy using that. Word to describe me would be automatically scratched off my potential dating list. Maybe that sounds rash, but I was so sick of guys trying to patronize me when they couldn't come up with a witty response and sassy. Was the word of choice. But maybe I mislead them. I love to joke around and be sassy. Saturday, October 23, 2010. But I have realized that...

Between the Lilac Bushes. Thursday, June 16, 2011. Always a Valley Girl: Rodeos and Cowgirl Tough. My friends and colleagues are tromping around Central America and Europe while I'm stuck in Provo attempting to be productive. Not exactly thrilling. But I'm finding things here and there to keep my summer interesting and going to the rodeo is one of them. Way to go before I'm that brave. And just for fun, pictures of horses because even if it's cliche, they really are beautiful animals. A Day in the Life.

http://betweenthelilacbushes.blogspot.com/2011/08/summer-of-bravery-mabel-makes-me-face.html

Between the Lilac Bushes. Saturday, August 13, 2011. Summer of Bravery: Mabel Makes Me Face the Birds. Let me first say that I wasn't planning on doing another bravery post. I thought the caving fully satisfied my need to test my safety boundaries, at least for the summer. Mabel had a different idea. Only after I stuck out my hand to let a seagull snatch a fry did Mabel tell me about the gash she got from doing this. Thanks Mabel! This comment has been removed by the author. Monday, March 28, 2011. Basketball season is over. So this should probably be my last post about basketball, but let's be honest, won't you miss it? I'm sad it's over. And you've got to watch this video. They played it as a commercial for byu during these last few games we've had in the tournament and i think it's just great; a great representation of byu/the church and i mean just a cool basketball video! The Van De Graaffs. Wow that video was AWESOME! Thursday, March 31, 2011. View my complete profile.

Just Another Day at the Fair. I love to ride the Ferris Wheel at the Fair. It has just the right amount of excitement, much like my life. Things can change ever so quickly. Rom(amy)a | On a Mormon mission in Romania and Moldova, September 2013 – March 2015

On a Mormon mission in Romania and Moldova, September 2013 – March 2015. Week 78: How great shall be your joy. This week has probably been one of the most stressful but most rewarding weeks of my entire mission. Friday was Diana’s baptism! Last time at Sora Berdeu’s house! Receiving flowers from our English students! I am so excited to see what God has in store for me next and what life will bring. I love you so much and I am so glad I got to share these experiences of the past 18 months with you too!
