Sorry to everybody in my immediate vicinity, because I have already told you about this, but believe it or not, our beautiful (if remote and a little sleepy) Dunedin is buzzing with Hollywood glamour these days! They are filming part of the latest X-Men movie right here! Actually, it’s a prequel called Wolverine) What this means is that one of my favourite actors, Hugh Jackman. I’m flying from Dunedin to Olympia tomorrow morning, for a 3 month stay. 2 hours Dunedin – Auckland, 8 hours in Auckland, 12 hours Auckland – San Francisco, maybe 2 hours there, and then 2 hours San Francisco – Seattle, where Kaya will pick me up for the 1 hour trip to Olympia. Výpravu jsme oddalovali co nejdéle, aby se Vendulin nehet pořádně zahojil. Ani po pár dnech však Vendul nedokázala nazout botu, natož lézt po skále. Rozhodl jsem se proto pro sólo výšlap na sopku Te Kou stojící v samém srdci ostrova. Co to má znamenat? Počítal jsem, že údolím projdu hravě a na vrchol vyběhnu....
