MECA is an independent community based organisation which is run by a management committee made up of residents and workers from the Mt Druitt area. MECA is also overseen day to day by an appointed manager. Management is all about managing in the short term, while developing the plans for the long term. Room hire fees will apply (all prices are inclusive of GST):. 7 p/hr for service provider organisations conducting not for profit activities like STARTTS, AMEP etc. 4 p/hr for community groups. 5 p/hr for use of the office.
