Thursday, January 28, 2010. Venti Skinny Hazelnut Latte. Bagel and Cream Cheese. Carne Asada Taco (usually have 2). Small soft serve vanilla cone. Chicken Teriyaki Bowl w/ half of an avocado. And I will probably have a bowl of cereal! But I am back at the gym in the AM. Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Day 22 Moderation people! I did 40 minutes on the treadmill today! D and it felt good! I finally got my Zune situated and some earphones and can I just say music makes HUGE difference! I was feelin it =D.
