Write Something Every Day. Just an avid writer and coffee drinker. Title still in transit*. As it happens I only managed to cover Pre-Raphaelite to Constructivism with Dada and Pop Art still to go. Yet another task for tomorrow I guess. So as you can see quite a bit to go. Oh and by the way, that page isn’t all I produced. Those textbooks are packed with post-it-notes just waiting for me to refer back to and I’ve left open a tonne of tabs on my laptop referring to other useful sources. A Road to Writing.

I’m really getting into this short story business but then that could be because I’m writing this in 3rd person as opposed to 1st and that just comes easier to me. Write Something Every Day. Just an avid writer and coffee drinker. So far I’ve calculated that four pages per scene will be fine and I’m finding that I get through these quite quickly; that’s either a good thing or a bad thing. I’m really enjoying being able to start a story and have it develop rapidly instead of gradually like in a novel which brings me onto my next point. Chapter two is finished! Echinacea Flower, work in progress. September 3, 2016. I’m doing another in my series of ‘botanical’ prints, this one is an Echinacea flower. They really do have such a lovely shape and are like huge, coloured in daisies. Here’s the progress so far:. And this is the state of the flower block (looks like the dog has chewed it, as usual)…which I shall now cut out the dotty flower head to do two or three layers on the petals.
