I recently made some delicious raspberry muffins adapted from a recipe in Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book. 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour. 2 teaspoons baking power. 1 egg, beaten. 3/4 cup milk (I used soy milk). 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 3/4 cup fresh raspberries. 2 In another bowl, combine egg, milk, and vegetable oil. Add this egg mixture all at once to the flour mixture. Stir until just moistened. Fold in raspberries. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Je me suis brûlé la main. Monday, June 9, 2008. I chose to make a version of Arabian Spinach. That I found in. The Complete Encyclopedia of Vegetables and Vegetarian Cooking. 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 2 garlic cloves, crushed. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds. 12 oz Spinach (I bought a bag of it). 15 oz can of chickpeas, drained. Salt and pepper if desired. 1 Heat oil in a large frying pan and add onions. Cook for 5 minutes until softened. Then, add garlic and cumin seeds and fry for another minute.

Je me suis brûlé la main. Monday, April 14, 2008. Zucchini, Round 1. Here is the first part of Cook Challenge #1. The ingredient was zucchini. I'm going to post what everyone made last week. This week, try out one of the recipes someone else made and let me know how it went next week. (Late entries to both weeks will be accepted. This is a very informal challenge.). I made Zucchini Chips. However, they were a little soft to be chips, but still surprisingly good. I adapted a recipe from Cooking Light.
