My brother-in-law arrived shortly after we did and we enjoyed an extremely pleasant meal in this very welcoming place. If anyone is in the area I would heartily recommend the food – it is delicious! We had thought we might have a walk round Tittesworth Water. Looking towards Tittesworth Water from where we parked the car. Definitely more rain on the way!

Η κλασική συνταγή για μοσχαράκι κατσαρόλας είναι να το σωτάρεις πρώτα σε λάδι με κρεμμύδι. Δοκίμασα μια υγιεινή και ελαφριά εκδοχή μαγειρέματος με σωτάρισμα χωρίς να προσθέσω τίποτα. Νόμιζα ότι θα είναι άνοστο. Όμως ήταν νοστιμότατο! Δεν χρειάζεται πολλά πολλά, είναι από μόνο του νόστιμο κρέας! Να λοιπόν τα υλικά που χρησιμοποίησα για να το ετοιμάσω:. Μισό κιλό μοσχαράκι άπαχο. Μισή κούπα νερό βραστό. Κόβουμε σε μικρά κομμάτια, αν δεν το έχουμε πάρει ήδη σε κομμάτια. Βράζουμε και ρίχνουμε το νεράκι.

Μια πολύ γρήγορη και εύκολη συνταγή, ιδανική για αρχάριους, με μόλις 6 υλικά. Δεν έβαλα καθόλου λαχανικά όπως κρεμμύδι και πιπεριές ή μπαχαρικά, τα οποία πέφτουν βαριά σε όσους έχουν ευαίσθητο στομάχι. Φυσικά, μπορείτε να προσθέσετε τα λαχανικά της αρεσκείας σας. Στη συνταγή της φωτογραφίας (που γράφω αμέσως μετά), έχω προσθέσει χυμό ντομάτας και κριθαράκι χοντρό. Ας δούμε λοιπόν πρώτα την απλή συνταγή, χωρίς ντομάτα:. Κοτόσουπα για ευαίσθητο στομάχι. Κοτόπουλο στήθος (ή και μπούτι). 4 λίτρα περίπου νερό.

Ελαφρύ κοτόπουλο στο φούρνο χωρίς μπαχαρικά. Μαγειρέψαμε το κοτόπουλο στο φούρνο χωρίς καθόλου προσθήκη λαδιού, λεμονιού ή μπαχαρικών και βγήκε νοστιμότατο. Όσοι έχουν ευαισθησία στο στομάχι, θα τους φανεί ιδανικό. Στη φωτογραφία, φαίνεται ένας ακόμη καλύτερος τρόπος μαγειρέματος, κατά τον οποίο το λίπος του κοτόπουλου πέφτει σε ταψί κάτω από τη σχάρα. Η συνταγή για κουλουράκια λαδιού με άρωμα πορτοκαλιού απέκτησε μια νοστιμάδα διαφορετική όταν προσθέσαμε σπιτική λεμονάδα! 1 ποτήρι σπιτική λεμονάδα αραιωμένη με νερό. Περίπου 700 γρ. αλεύρι που φουσκώνει μόνο του. Η σπιτική λεμονάδα είναι παχύρευστη και χρειάζεται αραίωμα με νερό. Βάζουμε 2 δάχτυλα λεμονάδας σε ένα ποτήρι και το υπόλοιπο νερό.
