Saturday, November 21, 2009. Poetry day of awesomeness. We went to the Wichita mountains with the lit society today on a poetry writing retreat. I think you all know how much I love writing poetry, so here it is: Hope you like it. I see the mountain there. But my head is somewhere else. As I scale the wild face. My foot slips on a stone. I'm dreaming of the cool, crisp air. That wraps it's arms around me. I see your face glance down at me. As you reach out and touch my hand. And reminds me where I am.

Tuesday, May 26, 2009. I have taken my dear Courtney's. Idea and made it my own. I have these new pouches in my etsy. Shop (daisysinherhair.etsy.com). These were made this weekend. All three were made from Vanna choice yarn and buttons from my stash. They don't. Even take up much yarn! These were made today, the blue one was made out of organic bamboo yarn and the green one was made out of Lion brand thick and quick yarn. We were there for less than 2 hours and got rained out! Friday, November 19, 2010. Good afternoon you beautiful person. I thought I would cheat (only a little) and add a fourth, because if you know me. You know it is almost impossible for me to choose! Whether it be bands, colors,. People, food, anything. I have a very hard time choosing. My first color is called Fern. It is such a calming color. I will always be the most fond of greens. My second is mustard yellow. This is the most recent addition to my color pallet. The third color is this lovely turquoise.

Wednesday, April 29, 2009. This is finals week here at LCU. Scary time to be alive in my life, and yet I am relatively calm and chilled out! Why you might ask? BEcause I am a music major and have already finished the difficult part. We have this thing called jurys, you sing 2 songs infront of all of your music proffessors. Then they choose another song from your reportoir. This is probably the scariest thing I have ever had to do in my life. But that is ok. I will get throught it! So please wish me luck!

To embark on a 30 day challenge. November is the month of many thirty day challenges. I have embarked on two of them. I will also be working on Nanowrimo. Monday, November 22, 2010. Good afternoon to my favorite people! I spent my entire weekend locked in my room crafting, then spent today baking. I felt so creative and productive! I made at least 5 Christmas presents. All in all it was a lovely weekend. How was yours? What is your favorite season? The little flowers popping up from the snow. Bringing out all your sundresses.
