Friday, May 31, 2013. Watch Out, Buenos Aires. Here we come! This was taken in Nashville, TN before our long journey to Buenos Aires where we will live for the next two months. What a crew! We had a short hop to Atlanta, then a 10 hour flight straight to BA, overnight. The kids did great! One of the highlights of the whole trip for the kids was looking out the back of the subway train in Atlanta. And of course the free, unlimited movies and games on the international flight. And we made it!

Monday, February 27, 2012. This cute girl turned 4 on Sunday. She's been excited for weeks, not fully understanding terms such as "next Sunday," or even "tomorrow." But it finally came. Ashley is into skirts and dresses. She got a few play ones, and I made her this one from here. Feeling ambitious and with leftover material, I made a matching skirt then shirt for her doll. Wednesday, November 17, 2010. Our Trek Made Shorter. The Bridge is Done! On our annual trek south from Idaho to Arizona, we crossed the newly opened bridge spanning Hoover Dam. It had just opened a scant few days before we crossed it, so good timing there. S still dark in the morning. Have an awesome view of the dam and river belo. Tuesday, May 12, 2009. Not For The Faint of Heart. I don't know if a pattern is developing or not, but it seems like when Scott first starts working on the cabin in April, after having the winter off, he ends up injuring parts. And, it's ironic that his sister did a number on her finger, also, so they have been comparing 'owies'. Two April's ago, he fell off some tippy scaffolding and dislocated his shoulder and ultimately ended up having surgery. Let's hope future April's don't hold as much bad luck.
