Base36 Cycling: Norwell Circuit Race - Pro-3 Race Report
http://base36cycling.blogspot.com/2012/07/norwell-circuit-race-pro-3-race-report.html
Monday, July 30, 2012. Norwell Circuit Race - Pro-3 Race Report. I signed up for the Norwell Circuit race because my fitness is at a good point, and I have been fortunate to podium there in the past – even though the course isn’t flat, and it has an uphill finish. I left on time and started getting excited, but a bit nervous about the race. I hadn’t gone far when I was reminded about Sunday traffic leaving Maine – crap, I hope I allowed enough time! Oh well, at least the stress had gotten my heart rate up.

Base36 Cycling: September 2009
http://base36cycling.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 24, 2009. Coming to an end. Last weekend marked the "official" end to my 2009 road season. I raced the P12 criterium in Portsmouth, NH - it was super-fast and my tired legs suffered greatly. Ben Forbes put in a spectacular performance in the category 3 race, almost pulling off a break-away win with 3 other riders. He gave the team a ton of press time. Nice job Ben! Wednesday, September 9, 2009. My wife, Leslie, is always super. She never complains because she knows that cycling is...

Jamie Wright has won several races, Ralph is starting to come on strong, and Cody is continuing to add to an impressive season. Photo Courtesy of Don McEwan. Now, I am focused on 2011. I am increasing miles and working on adjusting to the colder temperatures associated with winter training. The work now will pay off in the spring. End of the Season.

Base36 Cycling: July 2010
http://base36cycling.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 12, 2010. Attleboro and New Britain race reports. I am posting this race report for Ralph. Jeff, Steve and I raced at Attleboro Saturday. No great success to report, but we didn’t crash seriously. Steve had a minor incident involving a rider damaging his front wheel, but he took his free lap and continued the race. Future reference if you are ever stopped like that behind a crash, the answer is YES you went down. Or you won’t get your free lap. In the Cat 3’s. After 15 laps and no successful...

Base36 Cycling: June 2010
http://base36cycling.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Sunday was one of my favorite criteriums of the season, the Keith Berger criterium in Hartford, CT. Ralph and I drove down the night before to save an early morning trip - hoping to be rested and end up with a couple of podium finishes. Ralph raced the mens category 3 field and the mens Pro-3 field. I decided to race the masters and Pro-3 races. And conserved for the final. And was able to take 3rd in the field. Monday, June 14, 2010. Now that my tan. Lines are deeply formed I g...
