Wednesday, December 10, 2008. Our Annual Trip to SLC. On Monday we got back from our annual trip to Salt Lake City with my dad. We had a great time and we even got some snow - the day we left! On Friday C wanted to go up to see the capital building. We went inside and ended up going on a tour. The building has been closed for the last 4-5 years for a 250 million renovation. Wednesday, January 7, 2009. We had a great Christmas morning. My sister stayed with us the night before and you should have seen us in the morning. I think that we were more excited than the kids - as we were the first ones up. Before we will let the kids open up presents we always take a picture of them in front of the tree. Sunday, September 15, 2013. The summertime fruit was ripe early this year, so before school was even out, strawberries were ready. We get our strawberries from Boxx Berry Farm and they are delicious! I get the processed berries, they are cleaned, stems taken off and then sliced. It isn't much more than picking and saves my back and me listening to my older kids whine "Are we done yet? Wednesday, June 3, 2009. I know that I am a little late in updating, but better late than never. We had a great weekend, lots of sun, lots of family and lots of fun! We went to the Ski to Sea parade on Saturday and what better to do while waiting for the parade to start, but eat! Sorry for the long post :). E sharing a Sierra Mist with Boppa Larlow. Monday, December 14, 2009. So far this Winter. We are trying so hard to get into the holiday mood. We went out and found the perfect tree on Saturday. I usually have a problem going to a Christmas tree farm. I get frustrated because I can't find a nice tree. Well we found a tree farm and I have another problem. I can't decide which one I want! Tuesday, September 1, 2009. 1st day of Kindergarten. Before school out in front of our house. With his best buddy Bobby. Poor kid has such crazy hair because we couldn't get into the haircutting place on Monday - it was too busy. Then I noticed in all of his pictures the right leg of his shorts is turned up and it was like that all day. I didn't even notice - oh well! The kindergartners are taken to the library every morning. And that is where their teachers pick them up. After school in the hallway.
