Tai Chi, Yoga and Meditation Classes. This special monthly meeting provides our members with educational support while promoting awareness on a variety of health and wellness topics. The Becoming Informed group meets on the third Wednesday of every month from 12:00-1:00 pm. This support group offers hope and help to families and friends of alcoholics.
