One man's journey through Bipolar Disorder and modern America. Drug interaction problems a.k.a. I lost my car. December 4, 2009. It was like being drunk, high, and tripping all at the same time, but without any paranoia. I wasn’t frightened by what I was seeing or hearing because I knew it was the meds. The trouble started when I got a call reminding me that I was late for an improv rehearsal. I said “Whoops! My sister is getting married this weekend! November 6, 2009. So no blog posts! October 30, 2009.

Auntie lived a full life, she was 100-years-old when she died. She was sharp until the very end. She never had any children so my cousins and I became like her surrogate grandchildren. They focus on discipline as a way to get through to the kids and help them create high standards and expectations for themselves. And based on their test scores and the success rates of their students, many of which are going on to high education, these schools are the bright spot in an otherwise suffering public school institution.
