This weekend - Steve at home and Deb in KY- Deb had this cake made and Steve had some of us over to help him eat it. I wanted to hurry and get these pictures posted so Deb could see it. Hali was having a grand time at Grandma's house getting soaked with her cousins! The Christensen's went swimming while Tami, Cheri, and Brett's families were visiting. Sunday, March 14, 2010. This mini photo album uses the clear envelopes as photo page holders. This particular one has 5 envelopes, holding 10 4X6 photos. The front was decorated using the Simply Scrapping Kit Love Sparkles. Two jumbo eyelets hold it all together! The finished measurements are 4 3/4" by 7 1/4". Friday, February 19, 2010. Challenge #2- Color Challenge. This week was a color challenge using the colors Real Red, Tempting Turquoise, and More Mustard. This 12x12 layout used some retired DSP but could easily be recreated using any stamps and those colors. The stars are punched using Stampin' Up punches. Thursday, February 11, 2010. Friday, January 8, 2010. I did not manage to get much Christmas crafting done this year. Being in school full-time took a huge chunk of my fall! Final exams were only 1 week before Christmas, so that really hampered my creative time. I did manage to make my Christmas cards though. Here is one:. Tuesday, April 13, 2010. It is a big month in my family. My mom will be 70 this week and my parents also celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary. We are having a big family/friends reception to honor them and the amazing marriage they have this weekend. I took some time off from party preparations to make mom a b-day card today.
