April 8, 2017. April 8, 2017. Is proud to partner with the Washington County Rec Department this year to combine the Washington County Easter Egg Hunt and the Bless The City. Is a community event facilitated by local churches and businesses. The purpose is simple: to bless the city without any strings attached or expectations. We do this by hosting a block party and offering a free meal, kid's activities, product giveaways, music, and many other resources.
