It seems to be an incredibly productive season for botanical publishing. A new bryophyte atlas. On the way; fliers for a reprint of the BSBI handbook Docks and Knotweeds. And for books on Yorkshire's Hawkweeds. But one of the most exciting publications has been that of the new Vascular Plant Red List for England. Shows that 5th of wildflower species now threatened @BSBIbotany.

We will take a look at the twitteR package in R. That provides an interface with the Twitter API. The main reason I chose this was my familiarity with R. Getting a Twitter Dev Account.
