sourcehome: Bed head shelf
http://sourcehome.blogspot.com/2012/08/bed-head-shelf.html
In a few months we will once again. The rooms of our house to accommodate the changing requirements of growing children. The room to become ours is long and narrow (after adding built in robes) so I am on the look out for an alternative to bedside tables. I first noticed the 'shelf-as-bedhead' idea in Carrie Bradshaw's New York apartment on S&TC (first image. The third image above I sourced from the Style Files. http://sourcehome.blogspot.com/2012/01/patonga-beach-house-part-two.html
Patonga beach house - part two. Here is the second instalment from the Patonga beach house. I'm so glad I waited a day as we were lucky to have a visit yesterday by Kylie Dunlop and her gorgeous family. Whilst the dads took the little ones to the beach for a swim, Kylie got busy with her camera - these are her shots! The gallery and testimonials say it all. Thanks for a great day and doing justice to this home! The house looks gorgeous! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Bonnie and Neil and Tara Badcock: Australian style. It occurred to me recently that I haven't heard a Kookaburra laugh here in Canberra for a long time. I had the pleasure of getting to know a few resident characters growing up on the edge of the Royal National Park in Sydney and took for granted their noisy presence. Bonnie and Neil. Are currently offering graphic cushions with fun tassels featuring these loveable birds. I love the vibrant colours in their current range as well. Oh a pleasure Tara!

Cheltenham Home: About
http://www.cheltenhamhome.com/p/what-from.html
A blog about renovating a home and building a swimming pool in Cheltenham, a bayside suburb of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia. In 2006 we purchased a 1960's era cream brick house on a large block (about 0.2 acres) in Cheltenham, a suburb of Melbourne in the State of Victoria. The land for our block was sub-divided in 1962, and we think it was transferred to the person that we later bought it from in 1963 when a mortgage was first recorded on the title. The bathroom was original. The backyard was huge f...

Cheltenham Home: Child proofing the side fence
http://www.cheltenhamhome.com/2015/04/child-proofing-side-fence.html
A blog about renovating a home and building a swimming pool in Cheltenham, a bayside suburb of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia. Sunday, 19 April 2015. Child proofing the side fence. This weekend I've started child proofing the side fence by covering the rails. 900mm from the top of the fence has to be devoid of any horizontal surface greater than 10mm. I could use half-length palings to just cover the top two rails, but I think this would look odd so I'm using full-length palings. Get new posts by email.

On the hunt for a couple of colourful paintings for the big kids' bedroom, I happened upon these treasures. They are featured in the twin nursery designed by mum of twins Ali. On the Chic and Cheap Nursery. Blog (a fabulous resource for those looking for practical and stylish baby-related decorating tips). The paintings are by Copenhagen based artist Gitte Brandt. See more of Gitte's charming pieces here. These are great. What a talent! Kate from Clear the Way. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
