Larr; Back to Recipes. Potato and Radish Salad with creamy Tarragon Dressing. 2 pounds potatoes, peeled. 1 bunch of radishes, trimmed and sliced. 1 cup fresh tarragon leaves. 1 clove garlic, crushed. Frac14; cup red wine vinegar. Frac14; cup olive oil. Salt and fresh ground pepper. To make the dressing, place garlic, capers, vinegar, olive oil, sugar, pepper and tarragon in a small blender or food processor and blend to combine. Place in a bowl and mix in the mayonnaise add lemon juice to taste.

Whisk together all dry ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a blender (helps make the batter really smooth). Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl. Add to the blender. Blend until batter is very smooth. Pour into greased donut molds, filling them 2/3 the way. Bake for 10-12 minutes. It is crucial that they are not over baked or they will be dry.

Wash and dry kale and place in a large bowl with the beets. Cut the grapefruit in half and cut out segments from one half and add to the bowl. In a small bowl mix juice of half of a freshly squeezed grapefruit (about ¼ cup), olive oil and honey. Beet and Kale Salad with Grapefruit and Goat Cheese. 1 cup raw organic cane sugar.
