After suffering a traumatic brain injury in a household accident seven years ago, the effects of the injury caused Penny Condoll to forget all about paying her monthly bills. She would also routinely forget to brush her teeth before leaving for the day. "It's incredible how much (TBI) affects our lives," said Condoll, 41, who spent three years in the Army.
