525,600 minutes: Day 28 - A picture of me last year and now, how have I changed since then?

Monday, July 25, 2011. Day 28 - A picture of me last year and now, how have I changed since then? I could be lazy and say look at the post from Day 1. Those pictures are actually a year apart. But that would be cheating. So here's a picture from a year ago. And a recent picture. I had to post pictures that included Gabrielle, because how she has changed over the past year is much more interesting if you ask me. Last year I was a mother of a baby, now I am a mother of a toddler. Last year I spent the summ...

525,600 minutes: Day 27 - Why I am doing this 30 day challenge
http://themeasureofayear.blogspot.com/2011/07/day-27-why-i-am-doing-this-30-day.html
Sunday, July 24, 2011. Day 27 - Why I am doing this 30 day challenge. I am doing this challenge to get me in a habit of blogging. I need to keep a journal and to write regularly. It's good to keep a record. Plus, it helps me analyze my thoughts and feelings, helps me understand and stabilize my feelings. Hopefully after this I'll blog more regularly, not every day like the past month, but not the every couple months it was before. Short post, but that's really my reason. That's all there is to it.

Saturday, July 9, 2011. Day 12 - How I found out about blogs and why I made one. I don't remember how I found out about blogs. I had a LiveJournal account in high school, and I got a Blogger account in high school as well. Several friends in college courses were required to keep a blog as part of an English assignment and needed comments, and it required I have an account, but I don't think I ever posted anything. Labels: 30 day challenge. Friday, July 8, 2011. Rough skinned Newt, Taricha granulosa.

525,600 minutes: Day 01 - 15 "interesting" facts
http://themeasureofayear.blogspot.com/2011/06/day-01-15-interesting-facts.html
Tuesday, June 28, 2011. Day 01 - 15 "interesting" facts. 07/31/2010 - Counts as recent enough for me. Picture is shockingly (for me) completely unedited, so ignore all zits, dark shadows and whatnots. This was taken during my family's trip to Colorado. Thanks go to JP, who took the photo, and my grandma, Jo Ann Poulsen, who taught me how trick the camera into making me look skinnier than I really am. I don't like pancakes, except for my late Grandpa's blueberry sourdough pancakes, which are amazing.

View my complete profile. Monday, June 15, 2009. Kaylee goes to camp. So, my little Kaylee went off to camp this week. I will miss her so much; but, I know she will be just fine and she will have a blast with all her friends! It reminds me so much of when I went off to camp.I loved it and I miss all my friends that I share the experience. I gave her plenty of cameras to document the event so I will post them when she comes back. For now, here she is ready to go:. Kaylee and daddy.she is his princess!
