My favorite musician Bryn Roberts. Bryn's group was selected to perform at the Canada Council for the Arts JAZZ I.D. Showcase. This showcase is the result of a nationwide competition, and part of an initiative by the Canada Council to promote young Canadian talent in Jazz. The showcase will take place Novmber 2nd at Queen Elizabeth Theatre, Exhibition Place, part of the Jazz Expo/ Canadian International Jazz Convention.It is open to the public.

Raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Blake began playing classical violin at the age of nine, and started playing alto in his high school stage band.
