La sera ho sperimentato le carni locali: canguro, emu, coccodrillo. Il canguro è molto buono, povera bestiola, una carne rossa tipo il cavallo. Il coccodrillo non è molto saporito e ha un retrogusto di pesce. L’emu era sotto forma di salsiccia, ma non mi è piaciuto.
