Clan Black: I want to be...
http://clanblack.blogspot.com/2008/03/i-want-to-be.html
You may pinch my bike, you may squash my sand-castle. .but you will never take our freedom! Saturday, March 22, 2008. I want to be. Once upon a hill, three little trees stood and dreamed of what they wanted to become when they grew up. The first little tree looked up at the stars and said:. I want to hold treasure. I want to be covered with gold and filled with precious stones. I'll be the most beautiful treasure chest in the world! The third little tree looked down into the valley below. Thought the sec...

Clan Black: which are you?
http://clanblack.blogspot.com/2008/02/which-are-you.html
You may pinch my bike, you may squash my sand-castle. .but you will never take our freedom! Tuesday, February 19, 2008. A deep thinker and a realist went on a camping trip, set up their tent, and fell asleep. Some hours later, the realist wakes his philosopher friend. Look up at the sky and tell me what you see.". The deep thinker replies,. I see millions of stars.". What does that tell you? The deep thinker ponders for a minute. Astrologically, it tells me that Saturn is in Leo. He also makes cajones!

Clan Black: You crackpot!
http://clanblack.blogspot.com/2008/09/you-crackpot.html
You may pinch my bike, you may squash my sand-castle. .but you will never take our freedom! Friday, September 19, 2008. An elderly Chinese woman had two large pots, each hung on the ends of a pole which she carried across her neck. One of the pots had a crack in it while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water. At the end of the long walks from the stream to the house, the cracked pot arrived only half full. Each of us has our own unique flaw. But it's the cracks and fl...

Clan Black: Home For A Week
http://clanblack.blogspot.com/2008/01/home-for-week.html
You may pinch my bike, you may squash my sand-castle. .but you will never take our freedom! Friday, January 18, 2008. Home For A Week. Leoney Resort, Small Vagator. I'd definitely recommend it. Significantly more luxurious than other places we've stayed in India but well worth the treat for Chrismas! Our 'cottage' is on the far left. It included a four poster bed which was a bit of a treat too. Small Vagator beach just 10 minutes walk from where we were staying. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Sunset...

You may pinch my bike, you may squash my sand-castle. .but you will never take our freedom! Tuesday, March 11, 2008. Keep your fork - and not the three pronged variety! Please Pastor, just one more thing,' she said excitedly. Sure, what is it? Came the pastor's reply. This is very important to me,' the woman continued . 'I want to be buried holding a fork in my right hand.'. The pastor gazed at the woman, at a loss for words. That surprises you, doesn't it? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Adam is a G...

Clan Black: Christmas morning
http://clanblack.blogspot.com/2008/01/christmas-morning.html
You may pinch my bike, you may squash my sand-castle. .but you will never take our freedom! Friday, January 18, 2008. Our own living Christmas tree, complete with decorations, beside the swimming pool. There was also a huge nativity scene in which Baby Jesus (who looked about 16 but heh) was placed at midnight on Christmas Eve and the lights put on. I feel compelled to add that, when asked the question "Who do we remember at Christmas? But heh, 'Granny Santa Claus' can't do any harm! Home For A Week.

Clan Black: A talented poem? You choose!
http://clanblack.blogspot.com/2008/04/talented-poem-you-choose.html
You may pinch my bike, you may squash my sand-castle. .but you will never take our freedom! Tuesday, April 29, 2008. It was our staff retreat last weekend. It was a really great time, in an unexpectedly nice venue, that was really of hotel standard. Everyone had a really great time there. The passage in Matthew reads as follows;. You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness! So you knew that I harvest where I have not sown and g...
