For our 2 year olds we chose "The Runaway Bunny" by Margaret Wise Brown. We've built a hidden garden with flying insects from an old box. Making flowers from construction paper and a TP tube was so much fun! What's with this long winter? Where in the world? To the Moon and Back. Growing in God's Grace. Are We There Yet?

Monday, September 16, 2013. Halloween Book for Toddlers. This will be Camilla's third Halloween. The first one - she was 2 days old. The second one she doesn't remember at all. Probably it was a huge blur of colors and lights for her. And now she is all ready to jump into the fun. I realized that it could be a good idea to prepare her for the holiday so that she would notice and understand more and hopefully wouldn't be scared. Halloween Book of Halloween symbols. Monday, 5 March 2018. Saddlescombe in the snow. We've experienced our first proper snow since being here at Saddlescombe. Highs and lows! Some beautiful moments as you can see when we walked two cows and their calves from the barn out to the field to join the rest of the herd.
