Sunday, 31 January 2016. A trip to the poles. A short post as I'm tired. I seem to spend more time awake at night now thinking and planning this walk. More items ordered today with the exciting for me purchase was walking poles. Exciting why? No walking to day however did finish the 30 day challenge for core and start another one for squats starting tomorrow that's on Fatty McFattersons on Facebook. Sunday, 3 April 2016. Its all about the people. I fell asleep and I slept well. The noise of the girls alarm go off in the distance, that was either real life or the new part of an amazing dream, helped bring my eyes and mind into a semi conscious state and I checked the time. 7.30am.
