As co-director of the London Yoga Teacher Training Course. LYTTC) I am part of a team training yoga teachers in an approach to yoga influenced by the work of Vanda Scaravelli and Mary Stewart. This two year course, founded by Chloe Fremantle, falls under the London Yoga Teacher Training Group. The LYTTC 2015-17 commenced in October 2015 and is fully subscribed. London Yoga Teacher Training Group. Skip to primary content. Yoga has been part of Chloe’s life since since the late 1970s and she has been teaching since 1986. She learnt with Mary Stewart from 1982-2000, training on her 1990-1991 yoga teacher training course. She founded the London Yoga Teacher Training Course (LYTTC) in 2004, and has been a Director ever since. She finds it a great pleasure to see the trainees emerge as individual and remarkable teachers themselves. Chloe is also an exhibiting painter.

Central to my approach to teaching is an acceptance of where each student is with their own Yoga so that practice is sensitive and without struggle. I am influenced by my own Yoga teachers (Mary Stewart, Monica Voss, Chloe Fremantle, Peter Blackaby, amongst others) my students, and by other movement disciplines, most notably the Feldenkrais Method. Teen Yoga at the Yoga Shed, Wednesdays, Portslade. From September 2015 I will be teaching a small Teen Yoga class (max 8 students) in my Yoga Shed in Portslade. These classes will introduce students to the relationship between mind, body and breath with a non-competetive approach to Yoga that can help ease discomfort, improve strength, flexibility and co-ordination, and develop self understanding. Classes will include yoga postures, movement sequences, breath awareness and relaxation.
