Sunday, being hungry and too lazy to go to the grocery store, I managed to make some yummy fake Chana Masala out of what I happened to have in my cupboards. Never having made anything like this before in my life, I did a lot of improvising. Now I share my lazy wisdom with you:. Garlic – chopped (as much as you can stand – I like the garlic). Ginger root – chopped (I had about an inch left on a small chunk). 2 tsp ground Cumin.
