Cinderella and the mug-bug. April 18, 2007 at 11:12 pm ( shining. I feel like Cinderella right now, I have to beat the chiming of the bells at midnight! Need to finish my notes on this paper I’m studying by then, or else. So I’m writing this to relieve pressure hahaha. Why does the library have to close at midnight? Not that I’m complaining really, I do not want the option open for me to possibly stay here PAST midnight. And please stay till the exams are here and gone! April 22, 2007 at 11:49 am. You ar...

April 1, 2006 at 12:13 am ( shining. I may well have mentioned this before, but must again! Reading about intertemporal impatience today, and starting to feel rather impatient myself, I flipped the page to see a pink smiley next to Polonius point (yes pink smiley drawn by me). The Polonius point is that consumption position where a consumer neither borrows or lends, ie consumes what income he has. And guess why it’s called the Polonius point? Four quartets and more. April 7, 2007 at 10:48 am ( shining. From “Little Gidding (No.4 of the Four Quartets. 8221; by T.S. Eliot. The dove descending breaks the air. With flame of incandescent terror. Of which the tongues declare. The one discharge from sin and error. The only hope, or else despair. Lies in the choice of pyre of pyre. To be redeemed from fire by fire. Who then devised the torment? Love is the unfamiliar Name. Behind the hands that wove. The intolerable shirt of flame. You have turned (s...

Songs on my heart. I always feel like posting lyrics of the songs closest to my heart, as and when I love something new, but that happens way too often! So in a bid to unclutter entries, I figured I should just make a page for these song lyrics. 8220;When silence falls, You’ll be the song within my heart”. 8211; line from “When the tears fall”, Tim Hughes. Your face is beautiful. And Your eyes are like the stars. Your gentle hands have healing. There inside the scars. Your loving arms they draw me near.

At the still point. The dance along the artery/ the circulation of the lymph. The dance along the artery. What, when, why. Sunday, July 29, 2012. It’s so stupid and futile to be angry at a MACHINE, namely this one that I’m furiously typing on now, but I am. For some reason, it suddenly decided to go MUTE, without me selecting mute, and now there’s no sound from its speakers nor the headphone jack. I need the sound! And on top of that, I’ve wasted more time yet ranting. So brilliant! Holding Philippians 2...
